Do you offer day-of planning? No, day-of planning is not offered because it truly does not set up your planning/vendor team for success in organizing and executing all of the meaningful details that require communication and attention before the morning of.

Kelsi has extensive knowledge of vendors and amenities available in the Los Angeles area. This was crucial for our fundraising events as our team was out of state and did not have the time or resources to make site & vendor visits. Additionally, as an out-of-state organization, the needs for our fundraising events could not be fully realized until we were in person. However, Kelsi predicted possible needs before they occurred and presented a feasible solution to our team. Lastly, Kelsi's eye for aesthetics is very high. Our venue was a popular, high-profile location that several guests had attended before. Multiple people commented that they had never seen the venue so beautiful because of Kelsi's design, layout, and coordination.
